(E0065) Paper Cutter CARL DC-210N (A4) Cutting Machine

I used this frequently about 10 years ago to digitize books, and then it was put away.
Since I hadn't used it for a long time, I tried cutting something with it.
It cut without any problems, so I believe it's in good working order.
There is only one replacement blade. (It's unclear if it's new.)
Also, the included cutting mat has many grooves, so I recommend purchasing a new mat separately.
I can't find the instruction manual; I must have put it away somewhere.

I will include a well-used cutting mat (30cm x 22cm).
